The Family Encounter for up to 6 people (Age 8+) Voucher

Why not treat the family or friends to an experience they’ll never forget! Handling and flying a variety of Gauntlet’s residents from Owls to Vultures. You’ll also take a group of Hawks on the ‘Hawk Walk’ with your group.

ONCE EXPERIENCE IS PURCHASED, BOOKING A DATE IS ESSENTIAL (see below for details).

Duration: 90 mins, group session – 10.30am to 1.30pm.
Time of year: 7 days a week, all year round.
Extras: Unlimited spectators pay general admission either online or on the day of the visit (see below for details).

You will receive a confirmation of your order by email after your purchase. Orders/Vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase.

PLEASE NOTE:

• Maximum of 6 people per session.
• Children (aged 8 to 16) must be accompanied by an adult spectator for the duration of the experience. Click here to purchase an adult general admission ticket or buy at the park on the day of your visit (if the park is closed for ‘Daily Visits’ on the day of the experience).
• Purchase ‘General Admission’ tickets online here. If the park is not open for ‘Daily Visits’ on the day of the experience you will not be able to buy ‘General Admission’ ticket(s) online, in this instance, please purchase them at the park on the day of your visit.
• This is a group session, meaning up to 6 people may be on the experience at the same time.
• Orders/Vouchers are non-refundable.
• Orders/Vouchers can be transferred to another person.
• Orders/Vouchers may be exchanged for a different experience. If the experience you are exchanging it for is a higher cost you will be required to pay the difference. If the experience is a lower cost no refunds will be given.
• BOOKING YOUR DATE: Once you have purchased or received your Birds of Prey Experience voucher you will need to book a date for your experience. Click How to book a date for your Birds of Prey Experience. Make sure you book in advance as during our busy periods (weekends and school holidays) waiting times can increase. At present our waiting time for booking a date for your experience is between 4 to 8 months. Please do not turn up for your experience without booking confirmation from the park.
