Terms and Conditions/Rules of Admission
Please read before visiting/entering the park or purchasing an experience/event ticket or daily visitor ticket.
- Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
- Children must be supervised whilst playing in the play area and throughout the park, and are the sole responsibility of the parent/guardian or responsible adult.
- Gauntlet Birds of Prey is a no smoking centre, this also includes vapes and e-cigarettes.
- Gauntlet Birds of Prey is not a petting zoo, daily visitors to the park will not be permitted to handle or pet any animal or birds.
- You are welcome to bring your own food to the park, please dispose of your litter responsibly.
- No dogs allowed in the park.
- Park entrance tickets are valid for the specified date and cannot be refunded or transferred to another date.
- Last entry to the park with a daily visitor ticket is 3pm, our park opening times differ throughout the year please click here for more information.*
- Gauntlet Birds of Prey reserves the right to refuse admission.
- Zero tolerance: Swearing, threats or any acts of violence will not be tolerated. Anyone giving verbal or physical abuse to members of staff will be asked to leave the premises.
- During flying demonstrations for your health and safety all visitors MUST stay seated.
- CCTV is used throughout the centre for the safety of visitors, staff, and security.
- During your visit Gauntlet Birds of Prey may take photographic images or video to use on social media, website or for advertising purposes. If you do not wish to be included in these images please make staff aware on admission.
- The use of tripods and monopods around the centre is not allowed unless permission is given by management.
- Gauntlet Birds or Prey reserves the right to postpone/cancel an event/experience. In this instance you will be given the option of receiving a gift voucher or an alternative date/similar event at a later time. Should the need arise to postpone/cancel you will be contacted by a member of the team prior to the event/experience taking place.
- School Visists to the Park/Gauntlet Birds of Prey Visits to School/Corporate Events/Youth Group Bookings: When a visit is booked Gauntlet Birds of Prey will send an invoice via email as confirmation of the booking, if you wish to cancel the visit once the payment has been made this payment is non-refundable and you will be required to notify us up to 7 days in advance to allow us to rebook the visit at a later date. *During Christmas holidays last entry to the park is 1.30pm.
